Definitely buying again for my next puja room project. Very professional, reliable, and transparent company, especially for anyone purchasing online. I recently ordered three brass products and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Before placing my order, I spoke with over the phone, and showed me a video tour of the shop, which immediately built my confidence and trust. The entire process was smooth, organized, and highly professional. I made the payment via bank transfer against the invoices I received and when I requested express courier service, it was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout. What impressed me most was the efficiency and attention to detail — my products were prepared the very next day, and shared photos before dispatch for confirmation. Despite the shipment weighing around 15kg, everything arrived safely in the UK within just five days of placing the order. The items were exceptionally well packed and delivered to my doorstep in perfect condition. I highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality brass products backed by trustworthy and efficient international service.
